School kits and smiles.

Monday the 2nd of March we went to yet another elementary school to deliver the school kits for children needing help.  Its always a great experience to look into their eyes to see the hope and eagerness of learning.  However, the older the children get the less of them are in school.  Our director Julio speaks with them about the value of getting a good education and to make a better life. We can only hope.  But at least we see the very young ones so eager. In today´s newspaper there was an entire page devoted to the campaign "Cuaderos con Corozón" showing pictures of the students with their school kits.  Public media is encouraging children to stay in school and for parents to see to it that the students are in school.  Sadly, not all children are attending.

 The Primary President from the nearby ward gets involved and the LDS kids know her.
